  2. 7 grams protein
  3. 5 grams of fat
  4. Iron
  5. Carotenoids
  6. Vitamins A, B12, B5, B2
  7. Selenium
  8. Phosphorus

Eggs can be prepared quickly, as an omelette or bright side-up, or boiled. You can get the best results by cooking eggs in less oil and serving eggs with multi-grain toast, whole-wheat flour, or sourdough bread. For the best results, nutritionists recommend that eggs and vegetables be prioritized over carbs such as roti.
