Our bodies require a pH just above 7.0 to function properly. This is the ideal pH range for our immune, enzymatic and healing systems.

These symptoms can be caused by eating acidic foods or other items.

WHAT FOODS CAUSE A BODY TO BECOME ACIDIC?

The body can become too acidic from dairy and dairy substitutes, animal flesh, most grains, chickpeas and seasonings such as aspartame and prunes, chocolate, peanuts and alcohol.

 

Balance your pH is easy and straightforward: Eat more alkaline-producing food. These foods include watermelon, lime and mango, as well as most vegetables, vegetable juices. Alkaline-producing foods also include almonds, sprouts. avocados, green tea, and many other fruits.
