The natural process of skin ageing occurs when collagen and elastin, which keep our skin youthful and tight, begin to degrade. This results in wrinkles.

4. Your skincare routine should include anti-oxidants as well as alpha hydroxy acids.

 

5. Your skin should be moisturized twice daily.

 

6. Reduce your stress levels. Try reading, running, or meditation for 15 minutes every day.

 

7. Reduce your alcohol intake. Overeating can cause a lot of stress to your body and accelerate the formation of wrinkles.

 

8. A healthy diet should include a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other nutrients.

 

9. Get at least 8 hours sleep every night

 

10. Eat fish three times per week. It is good for your skin, and overall well-being.

11. Talk to your doctor about supplements. Your diet might be lacking some vital nutrients.

12. Use an eye cream every night to protect the delicate skin around your eyes.

13. To remove dead skin cells and wrinkle-causing bacteria, use facial scrubs at least once a week.

14. Natural skincare products will nourish and hydrate your skin, while providing enough vitamins and minerals to keep it healthy and looking young.

15. Jojoba oil is very similar to natural oils on the skin. Apply this oil around your eyes to prevent wrinkles.

16. Vitamin C supplements can be taken and vitamin C in certain products may be used to increase collagen levels.

17. Start a skincare regimen in your twenties. It’s easier to prevent than to treat.

18. Honey is known for its many health benefits. A honey mask should be used once per week. You can apply honey to your neck and face for up to 30 minutes. Rinse it off. This mask will “feed nutrients” to your skin.

19. Avocado oil and Aloe Vera have the ability to protect the skin from drying and can be used to increase skin elasticity.

20. To help reduce wrinkles, you can lie on your back and elevate your knees by placing a cushion or pillow under your knees.

These tips can be used while you are reading or watching TV.
